The Cambodia Securities Exchange (CSX) has approved the listing of LOLC (Cambodia) Plc.'s approximately $20 million guaranteed sustainability bond, with trading set to commence on September 10, 2026, according to a CSX announcement published by Cambodia Investment Review. The five-year bond, spanning the period from 2026 to 2031, features an annual coupon rate of 5.75 percent, with payments made semi-annually. Each bond carries a nominal value of approximately $25 and was issued at 100 percent of par value.
The securities will trade on the exchange under the ticker symbol LOLC31A, with the international standard code KH2000081G87 and short code B000081G8. The bonds are structured as unsubordinated and unsecured obligations of LOLC Cambodia and are guaranteed by the Credit Guarantee Corporation of Cambodia (CGCC). According to the CSX disclosure, redemptions are scheduled to begin on August 20, 2029 and continue through the maturity date in 2031.
The issuer may repurchase bonds prior to and on the maturity date. LOLC Cambodia operates as a microfinance institution and is headed by Chief Executive Officer Sok Voeun. Yuanta Securities (Cambodia) Plc. serves as the underwriter for the bond offering.
